A gentle take: your morning routine probably matte A gentle take: your morning routine probably matters more than your five-year plan. ā˜ļø I say this because our lives are built in the ordinary mornings like this. Starting off rushed & reactive sets the tone for the rest of your day the complete opposite of what an easy Saturday (or any day) should look like. So hereā€™s to keeping it simple. + Make the bed + Freshen up & wash your face + Make a fresh cup of coffee or tea + Start your day when youā€™re ready Build a life that feels good in the AM & 5 years from now, youā€™ll be so glad you did. Some lost files from this past holiday season. šŸ‡¬šŸ‡§šŸŽ Some lost files from this past holiday season. šŸ‡¬šŸ‡§šŸŽšŸ“ø Sometimes you donā€™t realize how much you needed a change of scenery until everything around you is unfamiliar in the best way. I used to keep telling myself Iā€™d travel when life slowed down. When work wasnā€™t busy. When the timing felt just right. It never really does. At some point you just have to decide youā€™re allowed to live your life now, not later. If thereā€™s a place you keep thinking about, stop waiting for the perfect scenario. Plan the weekend. Take the trip. Give yourself something to remember this year besides work & errands. This world is massive. Itā€™s time to go see it. ā€¢ ā€¢ ā€¢ ā€¢ ā€¢ travel inspiration | book the trip | travel bucket list | travel goals | wanderlust | wander more | planning a trip | England travel | explore London | solo travel | romanticize your life | travel memories | London, England
Letā€™s talk healthy hair. If you know me, you kno Letā€™s talk healthy hair. If you know me, you know I love a good flat iron or blowout, & I DONā€™T plan on giving that up. But I have been trying to stop the daily damage where I actually can. Heatless curls have been my go to since discovering @eternalmusehair . I mean, who wouldnā€™t when this is the result you get? šŸ˜ So Iā€™ve only been using hot tools on wash days, & Iā€™ve been focusing way more on keeping my strands healthy in between styling. Because if you didnā€™t know, most hair breakage comes from repeated dryness slowly damaging your ends, not just from one styling day. I stopped grabbing random oils that just coat my hair for 2 minutes & then dry right back out. Iā€™m focusing instead on a hair care system with formulas that actually make my hair stronger & keep moisture in my ends longer. The little changes truly add up & make a huge difference. ā€¢ ā€¢ ā€¢ ā€¢ healthy hair routine | repairing damaged hair | heatless curls | clean ingredients | healthy hair care | dry ends fix | shinier healthier hair | stronger hair | low tox hair care
What I love about these women & so many others in What I love about these women & so many others in this business is that our days donā€™t look the same. We have different schedules. We are in different seasons of life. & we each bring different strengths into the mix. Some of us are balancing corporate jobs. Some are building around family life. Some are in a season of growth, others in a season that feels steadier. The beauty of it is thereā€™s no one ā€œrightā€ way. We all have shared heart for helping & serving others in a way that fits real life. Thatā€™s what connects us. I think itā€™s easy to assume this has to look a certain way to work. But watching this group show up has reminded me how much room there actually is to be yourself here. If this resonates with you or youā€™re even just curious, we should chat.
