Let’s Talk Fall Evening Routines
You guys asked, & now it’s here!
Today we’re discussing all of the evening routine realness.
To be honest, it’s a super important part of properly wrapping up any kind of day that you’ve had. Chill, busy, productive, etc.
So let’s get into it, shall we?
I’m not going to necessarily go into what I do every single night, because I do tend to switch it up from time to time — especially when the weather changes. However, I will be sharing things you can do that will enhance your fall feel good vibes before bed.
Some tippy tips to enhance your fall evening routine:
+ Have a Bath
The first thing I like to do after a long day of work is go for a nice, steamy hot bath or shower. Baths are for the days when a little more relaxation & unwinding is necessary. You can even add some bath salts & eucalyptus to really get that extra comfort.
+ Skincare
I talk about this ALL the time, so you know my stance on taking care of your skin. Don’t skip any steps, so that you can for sure wake up the next morning with nice, dewy, glowing skin. Plus, it will make you feel better.
P.S. Don’t forget to moisturize!
+ Light Some Candles
Again, none of this is in any particular order. I know that some of you like to light candles while you are in the bath, but if you enjoy the soft light outside of the bathroom, they will fit perfectly in your living room. Think coffee table aesthetic.
+ Grab your Favorite Sweater & Blanket
Cozy textiles are THE staples to have this season. Grab your favorite spot to chill & bundle up. It sets the theme for the rest of your night. Trust me.
+ Comfort Snacks
Hot cocoa, apple cider, coffee, tea. Harvest trail mix, caramel corn, s’mores. Just to name a few. & you can totally snag the vegan recipes for your favorite things to keep it healthy.
+ Watch a Fall Movie
This is personally my favorite thing to do this time of year. The movies just give you all of the fall feels. Hallmark’s Fall Harvest premiers & Freeform’s 31 Nights of Halloween are my go-to’s.
+ Read a Book
This is one of the last things I do right before bed. I absolutely LOVE reading. It’s better to grab a real book vs reading on your phone, computer, or iPad. But if you do, a way to help your eyes is to grab a pair of blue light blocking glasses, or to make sure your device is on night mode so that the screen is dark instead of light.
+ Add a Lavender Scent to Your Bedroom
You can use spray or a diffuser with lavender essential oil. It’s so good for helping you to fall asleep & stay asleep naturally without all the icky, toxic chemicals.
I hope that helps! I like to get really specific about my steps, because I aim for maximum comfort. So gear up & get ready for some of the most relaxing nights ever.
What else should I add to my list? Tell me how you like to spend your fall evenings!
Kay, until next time.
Ciao, babes.

Loved your ideas. Skincare, bath and a good book will always be #1 on my list any day of the week. Any order. Cooking and/or baking are nice evening routines. It’s something about smelling cookies in the oven that lets me know it’s gonna be a good night.
