I wasn’t as active on the blog or social as I normally am, & I want to be real about that. Life sometimes nudges us to slow down, not to throw in the towel, but to catch our breath & reconnect with ourselves. So if you’ve been in a season like that, too, I want you to know that it’s okay. It’s okay to unplug. It’s okay to take care of you. & most importantly, it’s okay to pause, as long as you don’t quit.
