Autumnal Equinox: Happy First Day of Fall

Ahhh, it’s officially fall!

The best season of them all, if you ask me.

The temperature drops, the leaves start to change, & we can officially say it’s sweater weather.

The cool nights will start to set in & we can cozy up with a blanket, our favorite comfort snacks, warm drink of choice, & all the fall movies.

I’m doing my happy dance just thinking about it.

& in case you needed some more fall magic in your life, today is the autumnal equinox. The equinox is two moments in the year (September 22nd in the Northern Hemisphere & March 20th in the Southern Hemisphere), when the sun is directly above the equator, & the day & night are the same length, officially marking the first day of the season.

It’s totally wild when you think about it. The wonders of the Universe will never cease to amaze me.

Okay, I’m done being all science-y for now.

I’m super excited about all the things this new season will bring. I’ve got some fun plans & I can’t wait to share them.

Are you as excited about fall as I am? What do you have planned? SPILL!

Alright, that’s all for today.

Remember to keep your goal in sight & you mindset positive.

Later, babes.

  1. I love FALL! Especially the food not just because of eating turkey but in my country, we just make traditional dishes like pastel made with pork and plantain with coquito.
