- Remove the chicken from the marinade & let the excess drip off.
- Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F & has beautiful grill marks.

+ Serving Suggestions
Honey Lime Grilled Chicken pairs wonderfully with a variety of sides. Serve it with grilled vegetables, a light quinoa salad, or some sweet corn on the cob. For an extra touch, garnish with fresh cilantro & a wedge of lime on the side.
+ Health Benefits
Not only is this dish bursting with flavor, but it’s also packed with health benefits. Honey acts as a natural sweetener, providing a subtle sweetness without refined sugars. Lime adds a zesty tang & is a great source of vitamin C. Olive oil brings healthy fats to the table, making this meal as nutritious as it is delicious.
+ Tips & Tricks
- For a little extra kick, add a teaspoon of chili powder or a diced jalapeño to the marinade.
- If you have leftovers (which is rare because it’s so good!), store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat gently on the stovetop or in the microwave.
